Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Recruit Dog Training

Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully. These outline the guidelines for our services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Visiting an Off-Site Address
Recruit Dog Training takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its staff when visiting private addresses. If a staff member feels unsafe at any point, they reserve the right to terminate the visit, leave the location, and inform their employer.

Health and Safety

  • Clients must ensure that their dogs are in good health and up to date with vaccinations before attending any training. If a dog is ill or showing signs of distress, we may ask the client to reschedule or provide a veterinary clearance.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping their dogs on a lead during training sessions unless otherwise instructed by the trainer.

Behavioural Concerns

If a dog exhibits aggressive or unsafe behaviour during training, Recruit Dog Training reserves the right to terminate the session for safety reasons. We will work with clients to address behavioural concerns as needed.

Payments

  • Payments for services can be made via cash or online bank deposit.

  • For cash payments, full payment is required before the training session begins.

  • A deposit of $40 is required when paying via online banking.

  • Any outstanding online payments must be made in full within 5 days of receiving the service.

Client Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a training session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee or you might forfeit your deposit.

  • In the event of a no-show, your deposit may be forfeited, or you may be charged a no-show fee before you can book any future training sessions.
